PCH have been engaged not only to provide quality management services but to re map the entire business process flow using flow charts, we developed a bespoke set of procedures confirming to the requirements of the 9001 standard but also mapping the business flow from receipt of enquiry to invoicing and all in between including order receipt contract review, production, inspection and test, goods inward, identification and traceability, control of external providers – purchasing. 

Our design of process flows have been successful in demonstrating to all staff how the business operates and specific requirements that have to be met, they are designed to not be over complicated and to engage the reader in understanding how to complete the tasks within the process linking out to relevant forms, instructions, and procedures. 

What is a process map: It refers to activities involved in defining what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a business process should be completed to and how the success of a business process can be determined.
