PCH have developed a comprehensive audit schedule and reporting system to meet the needs of our client.  The planning consists of a detailed audit plan which is renewed annually and audits completed monthly, the plan covers all aspects of the quality management system and identifies when there is a breakdown in process. 

Our bespoke audit reports are both clear and concise ensuring that root cause investigations and corrective actions can be addressed quickly and efficiently, bringing adherence to process back in line. We have also implemented a successful spot checking system to randomly check performance of critical areas of the business.

What is an audit:  Basically its an inspection of the businesses processes and records to ensure compliance to standards, regulatory requirements these are normally conduct by a trained internal auditor and externally by the accredited certified body.
