PCH have designed and implemented a restructured business management system, ensuring it is user friendly for all employees, we have simplified the structure of the system into 4 levels encompassing top level documents, procedures, instructions, working folders. 

We have also successfully moved the system onto an online platform taking it off the LAN utilising the Microsoft SharePoint software.
