Our involvement in the SDP project for Sellafield required that we design and implement a set of comprehensive quality plans to cover all aspects of the project build. 

PCH templates were both detailed, clear and concise and engaged all areas of the team in providing control of the works in hand ensuring sign off by the client and supervision was gained at all stages of the project. 

The plans then went on to be the key documents in forming the life time records for the project. 

What is a quality plan: An overview or introduction of the project or process detailing the background, need scope, activities, and important dates or deadlines.
