Internal Audits / Internal Audit Management

If you are struggling to fulfill your internal audit requirements PCH can assist in planning and completing your audits for you. Providing comprehensive reports to store in your system.  All reports will be provided in hard copy and electronic format.  They include any non conformance reports raised as a result of the audit and we can also provide assistance in carrying out the Root Cause / Corrective Action Investigation to close out the issue (see services section on Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis).

PCH can also assist in developing and producing your internal audit program to minimise the number of audits you have to carry out.

Supplier Audits

If your experiencing an ongoing problem with a supplier or are about to approve them for supply, PCH will carry out a compliance audit for you on your behalf and produce the necessary report for your assessment criteria and records.  Audits can also be tailored to specifically look at a certain area within the suppliers business that is giving you problems with supply.

Our professional approach will give you the confidence that the audit will be conducted properly to the highest standard giving you a completely impartial report, with the recommended course of action to be taken afterwards.

We can also follow up the audit with a surveillance visit to ensure the agreed actions have been implemented successfully.
