We traditionally employed a full-time Quality Manager but seeing Paul Holt’s work in practice through a customer gave us the confidence to change our strategy and outsource this function when a vacancy came up a couple of years ago. Our Business Management System has been completely overhauled as one of the first tasks PCH Quality Systems Solutions undertook was to facilitate our transition to that latest ISO 9001 standard.
